If you have forgotten your Joule password, use the following steps to reset it yourself.
Click on the Login link on the upper right hand corner of the page.
Click the Yes, help me log in button. Enter your username or email address.
Your username is composed of:
first seven letters of your last name + first letter of your first name + last three digits of your Union Graduate College ID number
Example: John Smith, 5987712 = smithj712
Follow the onscreen instructions.
